Human Nest

 Is this world pretty

or is it a chaotic mess?

From above

I am sure it looks like,

a Human Nest.

Concrete so conspicuous,

among these green fields,

sometimes make me ponder,

is this the world that we wished?

Where did it all go wrong?

Did we build a wrong society?

Where the air is thick

 with calumny

and 

the forlorn hope of humanity. 

Our desires are insidious,

slowly killing what is left,

in this Human Nest.
